Guacamole Sauce



Guacamole Sauce



Famous Mexican sauce used since antiquity as a condiment; based avocado is now widespread throughout the world.
Accompanied by delicious tortilla chips is a great appetizer to welcome friends.

Ingredients:


- 2 ripe Avocado
- 1 Green chili spicy
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Juice and zest of one lime
- Ground Pepper
- A pinch of salt

Preparation:


Halve the avocado and remove the two central core and then peel. Cut the flesh into small cubes, divide it in half and put one part in a bowl, which crush with a fork (or a pestle) until you get a creamy mush.
Finely chop the garlic, onion and pepper, and add the avocado cream. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds inside them, cut them into small cubes and add to the mixture.
Wash the lime, dry, grated zest and squeeze juice; also add these ingredients to the mixture along with the cumin powder, a pinch of salt, and abundant ground pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, add a few tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture and finally joined the other side of the avocado flesh diced.
Let stand for at least ½ an hour so that the flavors are based at best. Serve in a bowl with the crispy tortilla chips! Good appetizer!
