RAVIOLI
GORGONZOLA AND WALNUTS
First course
luscious, thanks to the strong flavor gorgonzola further enriched by the taste
of walnuts, good for gourmets and demanding. The recipe is very quick and easy
to prepare so we start!
Ingredients:
- 20g of
walnuts
- 50g of
Gorgonzola
- 100g of
flour 00
- 1 whole
egg
- Sale
- Extra
Virgin Olive Oil
- Nutmeg
- 30cl milk
- 125gr cooking
Cream
Preparation:
After preparing
egg pasta with the classic recipe pass the stuffing. Hands chopped walnuts
coarsely and mix with gorgonzola and cream until you have a creamy consistency.
Roll out the
dough and put the filling in the center using a spoon. To close the ravioli,
over the pasta with the filling, roll out another sheet of dough and let it
adhere well to the one below. With a mold or with a wheel cut the ravioli. Cook
for 4 minutes in boiling salted water.
For the
gorgonzola sauce put in a pot the milk, cream and gorgonzola leaving dissolve
up to create a sauce of density you want. Serve the ravioli garnished with
gorgonzola sauce and some walnuts. Bon Appetite!
