- 300gr of green beans
- 250gr Shrimp
- Oil olive
- Parsley
Preparation:
Wash the beans and versatile in to a pot with water that you can boil. Once the water boils, add salt and continue to cook the beans for a few minutes. Add the rice and cook. Chop the parsley and pour into a saucepan with the oil and fry for a few minutes, stirring. When rice and green beans are cooked, drain, add the shrimp previously rinsed and the fried garlic and parsley. Mix well and serve.
