NUTELLA AND
BANANA PANCAKES
‘The crepes’
(Italian) Pancake with Nutella and bananas are literally a splurge! Substantial
snack and energy are great as a dessert.
Makes about
10-12 small crepes:
-50 Gr.
butter
-3 eggs
-250 Ml of
milk
-125 Gr.
flour 00
-20 Gr.
sugar
-1
Tablespoon of Nutella for any cracks
-2 bananas
-salt
Preparation:
For the
batter of crepes combine the flour in a mixing bowl with milk, a pinch of salt,
sugar and stir well with a whisk. Add later previously melted butter and beaten
eggs a small amount at a time When the dough will become liquid homogeneous and let it rest for about 30
minutes; waiting to soften the Nutella placing the jar in a water bath so that
it is easier to spread.
In a pan,
melt a knob of butter and a spoonful of batter in the center. Cook each crepe
few seconds on each side. Once cooked the cracks lying on a plate and proceed
with the filling: a generous layer of Nutella and banana slices over a
thickness of about 1 cm. close the crepe into 4 pieces and proceed in the same
way for all the others. Serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
To make it
even more delicious, you can sprinkle with the chocolate sauce and a mint leaf.
