SALAMI
The
chocolate salami is a luscious dessert for adults and for children. It can be tasted
in any season and becomes even more delicious when served with whipped cream.
Let's see how it is prepared in a few easy steps.
Ingredients
for 8 people:
- 300 grams
of biscuits
- 150 grams
of butter
- 200 grams
of dark chocolate
- 100 grams
of sugar
- 2 eggs
- Whipped
cream to your taste
Preparation
Coarsely
crumble the biscuits with your hands in a bowl large enough; Put in a double
boiler to melt the chocolate until it is nice and creamy with no lumps. Take
the butter out of the fridge so that it becomes soft like a cream and mix by
adding sugar, melted and cooled chocolate and eggs.
After mixing
everything well, add to the mix the crushed biscuits; mix well.
To give it
the shape of the sausage, put the dough in a sheet of parchment paper that will
roll by pressing the dough to give it a cylindrical shape. Then wrap the
chocolate salami in an aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator until it is
hardened (about 4 hours).
Serve in
slices and sprinkle to taste with whipped cream.
