TUNA SALAMI
The tuna
salami can be served as an appetizer to taste fresh lunches and dinners. It’s quick
and easy to prepare and ideal with mayonnaise.
Ingredients
for 4 people:
-300 Gr.
tuna in oil
-2 eggs
-3
Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
-2
Tablespoons of breadcrumbs
-prezzemolo
chopped
-30 Ml.
olive oil
-salt and
pepper
preparation
Pureed or
mashed with a fork the tuna, add the eggs, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and
pepper. Mix all ingredients well and if the compound was a bit 'too soft
(depending on the size of the eggs) add a little' bread crumbs. Form the
sausage with a parchment paper previously soaked in water and wrap it in a
towel tightly so they do not have any kind of spill. Close the ends with
kitchen twine and dip it in a large pot with plenty of hot water, let it boil
for about 30-40 minutes. After this time, remove the sausage from the heat, let
it cool always warped, then slice and serve garnishing with tufts of
mayonnaise.
