Fried shrimp on a bed of lemon

The prawns are absolutely one of the most popular fish, especially during the summer, caught fresh and not frozen. It can eat raw, on a bed of salad and lemon, but also used to create a range of tasty recipes: spaghetti with seafood ‘risotto alla marinara’ (with seafood), from pizzas to the most delicious creams especially designed to enhance the delicate flavor, also liked by children. Not only that, because the prawns are also suitable for those who on a diet - the calorie intake is minimal - and they are a nutritionally balanced, providing an important contribution to the body of vitamins and Omega 3, essential for the welfare of the nervous system. One of the tastiest ways to eat shrimp is to fry them. In this case it is appropriate to use fresh shrimp, not frozen. After they are cleaned and washed in an accurate way, the shrimp should be allowed to dry a few minutes and then put into a batter that you have prepared earlier: This batter mix is made in equal doses of flour, water and an egg for every pound of shrimp. If you want it lighter, it is sufficient to remove the oil. The shrimp will then fried in plenty of seeds oil (lighter than olive oil) and allow to "drying" on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Once ready, still warm, can be laid on a bed of lemon juice with which to be seasoned and brought to the table.
