The rising of the dough should be in the same bowl covered with a clean cloth, however, in a warm, dry place, protected from the currents (for example, inside the oven off). spend a couple of hours, when the dough has doubled in volume, then put it into a greased baking tray, spread with the help of a rolling pin and seasoned with olive oil, tomatoes, salt and oregano in quantity. The bread should be baked at 200 degrees for thirty / forty minutes. In the meantime, you can prepare a salad of mixed greens with tomatoes, carrots, iceberg lettuce and everything that comes to mind, along with the cake and serve while still hot.
