TUNA SALAMI



TUNA SALAMI


The tuna salami can be served as an appetizer to taste fresh lunches and dinners. It’s quick and easy to prepare and ideal with mayonnaise.

Ingredients for 4 people:

-300 Gr. tuna in oil
-2 eggs
-3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
-2 Tablespoons of breadcrumbs
-prezzemolo chopped
-30 Ml. olive oil
-salt and pepper

preparation

Pureed or mashed with a fork the tuna, add the eggs, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients well and if the compound was a bit 'too soft (depending on the size of the eggs) add a little' bread crumbs. Form the sausage with a parchment paper previously soaked in water and wrap it in a towel tightly so they do not have any kind of spill. Close the ends with kitchen twine and dip it in a large pot with plenty of hot water, let it boil for about 30-40 minutes. After this time, remove the sausage from the heat, let it cool always warped, then slice and serve garnishing with tufts of mayonnaise.
